Lumora is a next-generation literature and inspiration network that presents philosophical quotes, literary texts, and inspiring words using Tinder-like swipe mechanics and a modern Reels-style feed, allowing users to share their own literary content.

Lumora is a social network for sharing literary content and ideas, and is intended for use only by individuals aged 13 and older. Use of the Application by children under the age of 13 is strictly prohibited.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their child has provided us with personal data without authorization, please contact us immediately at aegissoft0@gmail.com. Upon discovering such collection, we will immediately and permanently delete all associated data and the account from our servers.

We collect the following data to provide, personalize, and improve the Lumora service:

Account Information: Email address, username, and secure password hashes provided when registering or updating your profile.

User-Generated Content: Quotes you share, literary texts you write, profile descriptions, and images you upload to Lumora.

Interaction Data: Swipe movements (left/right) in the feed, liked quotes, favorited items, search history, and follow relationships with other users.

Device and Network Information: Device model, operating system version (Android/iOS), unique device identifiers (AAID/IDFA), IP address, language preferences, screen resolution, and application crash reports.

Semantic Vector Engine: Lumora utilizes advanced AI algorithms to build a personalized literary frequency. The content you like, skip, or save is semantically analyzed to ensure the most relevant content matches your preferences.

Zero Toxicity Control (Moderation): To maintain a safe digital sanctuary, all literary texts and quotes written by users undergo instantaneous AI-driven review before going live. Spam, hate speech, violence, harassment, or low-quality content violating copyrights are automatically filtered and blocked.

We process the collected personal data for the following purposes:

To provide and manage the Application services (feed, swipe cards, social network),

To filter and optimize content individually using the AI engine,

To run automated moderation on user content to maintain a safe environment,

To secure your account and prevent unauthorized access,

To detect application issues (crash logs) and enhance technical performance,

To communicate with you for updates or critical security alerts when necessary.

We advocate for our users to have complete control over their data. You can request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

Data Deletion Method: To permanently delete your account and all personal data, simply send an email from your registered address to aegissoft0@gmail.com with the subject line "Account and Data Deletion Request". Upon receiving your request, your account, profile details, created literary content, and interaction history will be completely and irreversibly removed from our servers within 30 days.

Lumora uses reliable third-party libraries and services for stability and diagnostics. These services are subject to their respective privacy policies:

Google Play Services: To run core services and updates on the Android platform.

Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics: For usage analytics, crash reporting, and stability tracking.

Expo SDK: To keep our React Native-based mobile app infrastructure running smoothly.

For our users in Turkey, in accordance with Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), and for our users in the European Union, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you hold the following rights:

Lumora takes child safety very seriously.

Our Application:

•Allows users to easily report child safety concerns from within the application.

•Reports suspicious content and accounts to the relevant authorities when detected.
